A. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. These documents together form the agreement between you and Jiduwe Nisaja. We recommend that you read all three documents before using the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

B. Nature of the Platform

Jiduwe Nisaja is an educational platform. Its purpose is to provide information about the psychology of financial procrastination and to describe techniques drawn from behavioral research that may assist individuals in understanding and addressing patterns of financial delay.

The Platform is informational in nature. It does not offer personalised services, coaching, therapy, or any form of regulated financial or psychological service. All content is general and educational.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice regulated under Polish or EU law. The content describes psychological research and educational frameworks only.

D. Permitted Use

You may access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.

E. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, images, design elements, and structural organisation, is the property of Jiduwe Nisaja or is used under licence. It is protected by copyright law, including the Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights (Ustawa o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych) of 4 February 1994.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary for personal, non-commercial use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

F. User Conduct

When using contact forms or any interactive features of the Platform, you agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to disregard or remove communications that violate this requirement.

G. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jiduwe Nisaja shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any reliance on information presented on it.

This limitation does not affect any rights you may have as a consumer under Polish consumer protection law, including the Act on Consumer Rights (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta) of 30 May 2014.
